Hannah Bacon Evans (March 5, 1765 - February 27, 1829) was a Quaker minister and aquantaince of Elias Hicks from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Hannah Bacon was born on March 5, 1765 to David and Mary (Trotter) Bacon. Her sister was Elizabeth Bacon, to whom Thomas Scattergood was married. Hannah married Jonathan Evans in 1786 and the couple had seven children. In 1816, she visited New York Yearly Meeting with her son William Evans and with Sarah Wilson. At Jericho, the women stayed at the home of Elias Hicks, whom Hannah laboured to dissuade from the course he was pursuing. A Quaker minister, Evans was described as being bright and cheerful in disposition. She died on February 27, 1829 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
