  • Death date: This field displays the full date (or as much as is known) of the entrant's death. As with the Birth date, data should be entered into this field in the formate of Day-Month-Year Example: 27 July 2007.
  • Place of death
  • Nationality: Data in this field should reflect the nation(s) in which the entrant lives, or has lived. Example: US. If an entrant has established some form of permanent residency in multiple nations, include both, separated by a comma (,). Example: Wales, US.
